MAT-KULING has signed an important agreement with Forza Su Ürünleri as part of the implementation of Türkiye’s largest trout hatchery project, which will be equipped with modern water filtration and treatment systems.
The signing ceremony brought together representatives of Türkiye’s fisheries and aquaculture administration, Forza Su Ürünleri, and MAT-KULING, marking an important step in the development of the project.
The ceremony was attended by Dr. Hüseyin Akbaş, Deputy Director General of the General Directorate of Fisheries and Aquaculture of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of the Republic of Türkiye; Tanju Özdemir, Head of the Aquaculture Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of the Republic of Türkiye; Kahraman Akdoğan, Director of the İzmir Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of the Republic of Türkiye; and Mahir Kanyılmaz from the General Directorate of Fisheries and Aquaculture.
Representing Forza Su Ürünleri were Tayfun Denizer, Mehmet Turgut, and Finance Director Talha Altun.
The project will incorporate modern filtration technologies designed to support efficient and reliable water management within the hatchery operation. The collaboration reflects the growing role of advanced water treatment systems in supporting the development and modernization of land-based aquaculture facilities in Türkiye.
